📬 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

  • Once an order has been shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
  • DriveTech Innovations LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
  • If your package arrives damaged, you must:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
    • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product

  • Failure to report damage within this timeframe may void eligibility for a claim.

 

🔁 Shipping & Returns



  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
